Master Chef at the Mansion with Alain Fabrégues
The last two events were SOLD OUT - Spend eight days with renowned Master French chef Alain Fabrégues. Alain moved to Australia in 1970, and has since become a four time winner of the prestigious 'Chef of the Year' title. After more than three decades at the helm of his award-winning restaurant, the Loose Box, Fabrégues in 2013 opening the Bistro des Artistes, located in Subiaco, Perth, Western Australia. Alain is now enjoying turning his attention to more intimate events and Master Classes.
